Refunds/ Cancellations

Thank you for choosing Jalenography. We aim to provide an exceptional experience for every dancer.
To ensure fairness and clarity, the following policies apply to all classes, workshops, bootcamps, and private coaching sessions.

1. Class Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a class credit or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a credit or refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Workshops & Special Events

Because workshops, bootcamps, and special events often require planning, limited capacity, and upfront costs:

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more before the event start time to receive a credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • Credits for special events may only be used toward future workshops or classes—not private coaching.

3. Private Coaching

Private coaching sessions require advance scheduling and instructor time commitment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Repeat late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

4. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the class or event is canceled by Jalenography.

  • Refunds (in the rare cases they apply) will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Class or Event Cancellations by Jalenography

If Jalenography must cancel a class, workshop, or session due to:

  • instructor availability

  • weather or safety concerns

  • insufficient enrollment

  • or unforeseen circumstances

You will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a credit toward another class or service.

6. Transfers

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts unless approved by management.

7. Late Arrivals

To maintain safety and class flow:

  • Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join.

  • Late arrivals who cannot join are treated as no-shows (non-refundable).
