1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights or restrict the use of others. Unauthorized attempts to access, modify, or interfere with the site are prohibited.

2. Class Reservations & Payments

  • All classes, workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of a class to be eligible for a credit or rescheduled session.

  • Workshops, bootcamps, and special events may have separate cancellation policies.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Jalenography.

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Jalenography class or event, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks, including risk of injury.
You agree to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jalenography is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our Services.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • personal injury

  • property damage

  • lost or stolen belongings

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to engage in dance activities.

6. Personal Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class or service if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including choreography, videos, branding, images, copy, and website materials, is the exclusive property of Jalenography and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Modifications to Services
